IS MARTIAL LAW ON OBAMA'S MIND IN ORDER TO GET HIS WAY?

In his last speech, he made a remark something like this, "If the Congress thinks they can keep stalling on the passage of this bill, I've got news for them. NOT THIS TIME! NOT THIS TIME!!!"
    What do you suppose he mean't by that? It appeared to me as though he was losing his patience as well as his composure. We all know on the Right side that he has his friends out there among'st the Wall St. rioters, stirring them up to the point of physical violence, and continuing to encourage the violence after that. To gather votes? Yes partially. He can buy a lot of votes from uninformed people without spending a lot of money. A comedian stated the other day that you can buy 10 votes for $500.00 from Street Protesters when it would cost you $5000.00 for one politician.
    It wouldn't be the first time I know of that he wasted our tax dollars.
    To be sure, I can't accurately predict what a power hungry man would do to take control, but I can guess. Here's his most effective way of doing it:
    Stir up the masses around the country to the point of violent revolution and destruction. Start with the Street bums. Then add the fun seekers. Keep his henchmen stirring them up while he stands innocently back doing nothing. Then do this in order to control it: Ignore the Congress, Invoke his Executive privilege to enact laws of his own making, and if that doesn't work, in desperation, Invoke MARTIAL LAW! In case you've never read it, here it is:
    "Martial Law is the imposition of Military rule by Military authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis.----usually only temporary---- when the Civilian Gov't or Civilian Authorities fail to function effectively (e.g., maintain Order and Security, and provide essential services); when there are extensive riots and protests, or when the disobedience of the law becomes widespread. In most cases, military forces are deployed to quiet the crowds, to secure Gov't buildings and key areas or sensitive locations, and to maintain order.[l] Generally Military personnel replace Civil authority, and perform some or all of their functions. The Constitution could be suspended, and in full scale Martial law,the highest ranking Military officer would take over,( Commander-in Chief ), or as Head of the Government, thus removing all power from the previous Executive, Legislative, and judicial Branches of Gov't.[l] Martial Law can be used by Gov'ts to enforce their rule over the Public."
   In our case, Barack Obama!
   His insertion of battle ready troops in other parts of the world, such as the Congo, only indicates his intentions to be future President of the "New World Order".We have absolutely no business in their affairs in the Congo. We do have business to take care of at our own Southern border where unbelievable atrocities are being committed there as we speak. It's another sign he wants disruption and violence here in our own country.
   In his own way, he's using violence to further whatever his intention is, but he stands behind the scenes and lets his henchmen handle it. The death of Gaddafi took place because he wasn't there, not because he was. But he WAS standing in the shadowy background watching!!!    Just sayin'.
