THE BIZARRE CLAIM BY OBAMA AND THE "PROGRESSIVES" THAT; "CONGRESS ISN'T LETTING US GET THINGS DONE" IS A FALACY!

     The fact is, they ARE. Here's how and why; It is a fact that the Obama Regime is not getting things done in the Un-Constitutional way they have been doing it in the past.
     Congress IS getting things done in the respect of the Constitutional process as they should.
     They're doing it in the fact that they are controlling the run-away spending and reckless manner in which the Regime and Progressives have been doing it.
     Since Obama and his Administration took the reins, along with the Progressive controlled Congress, Everyone surely must know they have been on a spending spree in a manner that has had absolutely no control by them, and with no one to stop them.
     With that being the greatest downfall to our Capitalist system of 'checks and balances' which they have totally ignored, they have brought our financial mess to an almost irreversible disaster.
     Thank God the Republicans have curtailed that, by taking back control of the purse strings. They're definitely taking control of that. If that isn't a huge accomplishment, I don't know what is.
     Instead of going along with the un-Constitutional, run-away bills, the Congress has all along been creating more sensible budgets that will get things done but will also keep the spending within the confines of the budget.
     I don't know if all you readers understand how typical budgets are created, but it isn't just staying within the budget requirements and getting the job done that's the problem here; the problem is with some of the Congressmen approving the passage of the bill after adding the cost of separate 'pet projects' that have nothing to do with the original bill, to the main bill before it goes to the whole Congress for ultimate passage.
     That is how original bills get bloated out of reason and the financial debt get's increased.
     To add to that, the habit is all too common for the original bill to get overspent on top of it all, and they have to go back to Congress for more money. That's when the creators of the original bill, seeing that the unnecessary 'pork' is being added, rightfully refuse to approve it.
     If the Obama Administration would agree to not over-spend and also account for the uncontrolled money they've already spent, those bills would proceed.
     The Administration, through having had control over the spending process, and ignoring the budget requirements, refuses to agree to those necessary requirements, and the bills ultimately do not get passed.
     It's then that Obama comes up with his stupid rhetoric; "The Republicans don't want to compromise!"
     If you have any sense at all, you can see why things 'really' aren't getting done.
     Alright! Stop guessing! 
     It's the Obama Administration who continues to be careless and abusive of the Constitutional process and at the same time, blame the Republicans.      Just sayin'.
