POOR NEWT, IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE! IS HE WRONG, THOUGH?

I've been watching the news this morning concerning the drop in the polls for Newt Gingrich. Some of the Conservative Critics are making it look like his comments are over the top and radical. He expressed how he would change the Judicial system in order to remind some of those Judges who would flagrantly ignore the Constitution and Bill of rights in their blockages and adverse rulings. These rulings being done in favor of the Judge's personal desires and/or the desires of the Special Interest groups who probably placed him in office. I'm sure we all agree that the Constitution is our guide to honest and fair judgement for all. Right? RIGHT?? (Well, I don't hear any channels changing so far!)
In his defense of expressing his idea of having some reasonable avenue of limited control isn't necessarily a bad idea, since it would have to go through the Congress to be enacted anyway. As it is, there is no provision for correcting their misgivings. Shouldn't we have one?
So, what's every body afraid of then?
I'll bet we would all be astounded at the amount of money that is laid to waste by the decisions that are brought on by those particular judges, having totally ignored the clear intentions of our Sacred Guide.
The EPA is the greatest recipient of those decisions, and aren't you tired of their boring contentions of the past 50 years that the earth is warming up? Even when they never have to prove it is, but only having to say it is the human race that's causing it? We're watching them get foolishly rich from it with this "Green" thing they've switched to now that "Global Warming" has worn itself out. But not before Al Gore became a Billionaire from it. Look it up! Do I need to point out what Obama is doing in that regard? If you have the courage to listen to Fox News, it will startle the hell out of you!
Yet, Newt is being chastised for expressing a notion it needs to be corrected. Is there something wrong with this picture?? Yes, there is. The real reason he's being criticized is because Newt  has limited funds in this campaign in order to fight back, and his main Adversary, Mitt Romney, has unlimited funds. The dirty part of Capitalism is, "He with the most money wins".
Let's face it folks. The decisions and blockages by these same Jurists are more commonly made in the interest of politics and money, than the true reasons for the Constitution being abided by.
Right at this very moment, we are shivering in fear that the Supreme Court will rule in favor of Obamacare, even though it's been made glaringly obvious that it intrudes on our privacy and Constitutional rights. If it passes, it will be purely political. If they compromise, it still will be. If it doesn't pass, it will prove to us our Constitution is still intact and working.
I believe that if Jesus had been a man of material wealth, he would have been standing on that hill and, instead of hanging from the cross, would have been saying to Peter, "Peter my man, I can see our churches from here"!! All the while distributing his wealth among the poor people in his flock instead of somebody else's. Believe me, Barack Obama is no copy of Jesus, and he won't be distributing his personal wealth amongst you Barack believers any time soon either. Think you might SAVE some of your own?? Hee! hee! hee!
It was all about money then, and it's all about money now! Give 'em Hell, Newt.     Just sayin'.
