LIVING HISTORY OF VIEWMONT (CONT'D)

     In reference to the treatment being received, and  changes in rules and regulations being presented to us Residents of Viewmont Mobile-home Estates, the current information being asked for by the latest Park Manager appears to be in violation of our basic Constitutional Rights afforded us by the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence!
This Resident has lived through circa 7 or 8 previous Park managers to be hired by this Owner in the 22 years I've been a Resident of this Facility! 
      Because of what appears to have been improper vetting of them , they sometimes take on an attitude of a Prison Warden rather than that of a Server to the Residents who pay the exorbitant rent for the bare dirt the Owner provides. (That is all that he provides of any use to these Residents.)
      It seems the attitude of the Owner is that of one who owns everything including the homes and belongings we pay dearly to place in here, when in fact, he owns nothing but the sometimes unstable ground he rents to us!
     With the park manager's forever demands and those of the past Managers, it's more than just a bit overwhelming and annoying when those self-imposed requirements are literally crammed down our throats with the attitude of; "Like it or lump it!"
      I must say in that regard, The percentage of  questionable Managers when it comes to underhanded pasts including prior and post bad behavior, far out-ways the percentages of bad behavior by the Tenants.
      Shenanigans have personally happened with me and Management that includes my original acquisition of my Mobile-Home with Wa. Mutual and the inconvenience with it's Bancruptcy and it's re-sale of my contract to GreenTree Corp.
     1t has yet to be settled through the years which I intend to follow up on soon, myself, legally!  
      A question to the constant issuers of those "Land-lord/Tenant Act" warnings, outrageous late fees and rules that we are forever haunted with, applicable or not, is;
     Is it worth those menial, Anti-Constitutional rules to have the Residents as a group, hate the site of  Park Managers patrolling the Park in the event they're going to be handing out another change or violation in their own dreamed up rules?
The scare tactics in use at the moment do exactly that! Threatening eviction, threatening eviction and CONTINUAL threatening eviction on behalf of each supposed violation of a menial Manager's rules  are nightmares to say the least!!
       Since this particular park falls within the City limits of Mt. Vernon anyway, the general rules as they presently exist are plenty enough for the Citizens of the Park as well!   
      There is no more crime in this Family park we're in, than anywhere else in the City and the Mt Vernon Police and the Skagit County Sheriff's Dept. are quite capable of handling it! 
     It's like the Park owner doesn't trust them either, even though they are adequately the one's who can do the best job, anyway!
       The remark made by  Leftist  Obama Vice-President Biden was insulting and incorrect when he said," Who knows what you will come up with when you drag a hundred dollar bill through a trailer Park??" Inferring his overall estimation of Hilary Clinton's remark referring to us as the "Deplorables" on the RIGHT was correct!
      Shouldn't that show us what the Left's respect truly is for us, the MIDDLE CLASS???
      Why on Earth would anyone want to vote for this "Globalist" minded creep in the first place?
     But back to this immediate problem at hand!
      One Manager whom we all referred to as  "Prison Warden" Lanny Wojak decided to enforce a rule demanding Residents to cut fences down from a normal 6 ft. privacy-fence to 4 ft. so the Manager and everyone else could see anything within the Privacy of our yards! This was  more than "offensive" but also in violation of everyone's comfort that we supposedly pay for in the first place!
     What's with that??
      Particularly when I was a handyman unofficially doing most of the park's work for an extended prior time and actually built the existing 6ft. fence and shed that stand there today around the Park's office and living quarters for the Managers to live in!
      At this point in my blog, I will tell my personal story as it relates to me concerning my time in this Park;
     
     


*** ( (Flood story) (Lens cleaner) (theft of tools twice) ( Corporate advance of $3,743.00 ongoing) (Continual harassment and refusing rent until manager-self-imposed fines are paid causing  another fine of $50.00 monthly payment to be paid?)  )
     Doesn't that alone, Supecede the Standard Rules of the City of Mt. Vernon??
       It's bad enough that the early misbegotten-history and  moral fallacies still tail-gate Manufactured home Parks. It's a  deceptive notion of both Family and Senior ones; The Trailer Parks of old and before the HUD codes were applied to them on July 1st, 1976, and were called "Trailer Parks"! Those were more commonly referred to as such because they could be easily transported by any "One-ton" capacity truck or larger from one location to another and when positioned, the hitches remained welded to the units' frames like an up to date R.V.
      However, with the application of the H.U.D. code taking effect, the Builders of these homes were required to include in their design the exact same materials that are used in the Construction of Permanent houses and they were then referred to as "Mobile-homes" and later were more adequately labelled as MANUFACTURED HOUSING"!
      But I must make something clear in this information and that is;
      From start to finish in the evolution of  this Industry, It was assumed and never pursued to be proven that there were more felonies committed by the hard working people who were either starting out as young families, or Seniors who always dreamed of a home of their own to finally live in. Never true!
     I just happened to be one of those Young Residents  at the time who lived in one!
     The personal morality and belief in a Supreme here-after was always there just as in the other parts of Cities across this "Middle-Class" Nation, regardless of the times.
      We should be able to live in these Mobile-Home Communities with the same opportunity to privacy and comfortable living as anyone else and be proud of it, with a minimum of interference from the Owners and Managers that think they own our freedom and personal property instead of the real owners; US who pay the rent!! Particularly with the manner in which they currently behave!
     In my case, my personal experiences through which I have come, I will relate my personal episodes to the people concerned, here!
