A LIAR VERSUS ..B.S'ER WHAT"S THE DIFFERENCE??

   I think there's a big difference!
   I've met them all. The 1st difference is the sincerity of it all. E.G.: Over the last 3 years or so, I've casually met up with people who come and go at a Starbucks near where I live. They are folks from different walks of life who are semi-retired or perhaps have slowed down enough in their life to smell the roses. Whatever the case, They all have stories to tell about different events in their lives and with as much as 8 or 10 of us, we'll probably never exhaust the supply of tales from the past. I, I hope like the rest, have more than my share and they patiently lend me an ear.
   They're all good listeners and seldom interupt or overtalk another while he or she is speaking. We do sometimes, but it's most often in gest. (After all, we can't let it get boring.)
   I enjoy being amongst the bunch for that reason but also because, being from different walks of life and having been experts in their field, they know what they're talking about.
   Accurate with their stories or not, there's no doubt a little B.S.'ing goes on. It's simply the human urge within us all. I'm perfectly happy with that and I'm no exception.
   It's almost always done in a way to draw a laugh and no one gets hurt as a result. To me that's B.S.'ing.
   A lie is an offensive act that could cause someone to be sincerely misled and affects another being or group of beings. It can be physically or monetarily damaging. Which really brings me to my main point.
   Have you been listening to whats going on in our country lately? Should we really ignore the lies we're being told by the media and the politicians if in the future it's going to affect the direction of this nation? I don't feel it would be wise.
   Should'nt the person we're relying on to give us the facts be held to the greatest degree of sincerity?
   Not only for part of the facts, but all of them? Isn't it at least a mistruth if they hold back some news
in order that it will tend us to believe what may be a lie instead of the true facts? Just to get us to lean in their direction? I mean look at the way the main media is portraying the Tea Party! The Tea Party!
Probably the most sincere gathering of groups of people from all walks of life. People who took the word of the politicians, Investors, Real Estate Co.'s and Lenders for granted when they were guaranteed
their investments were safe. People who opened their wallets one day expecting to pay the next month's bills to find nothing was there and there wasn't going to be anything there!
   They were flat out lied to and they're still being lied to! Now that's what I call a lie!! Just sayin'.

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM GOD??

    There's no doubt in my mind that God exists.
     I also don't doubt he loves us all but I am sure he appreciates and loves us more if we believe in him.
     I believe he sent a messenger in the way of man to communicate with us way back when. But I also sense that the reason he did this was because he  is in a different dimension from us and needs someone born on this earth of  flesh and blood to deliver his messages. He alone probably finds it too
difficult, I mean having to deal with his nemesis, the Devil and his followers. Ahh yes, the Devil! Now why did I have to bring him up? There's a very good reason I did. It's because he is too easily forgotten in the scheme of things. Whenever something dastardly happens, the Devil is the last one who wants to be recognized as the source. You see, He sends his messengers too! What are they here for?
    Well probably among their many tasks, they want you to believe he doesn't exist.
    Let's take Bill Maher of CNN  for instance. He is a perfect example of  a Devil's disciple if there ever was one. He challenges God's wishes every step of the way and never denounces the Devil. He has a vulgar mind and an even more vulgar mouth. Do you suppose the God we know intended him to be that way?I don't think so!! He even has a vulgar head. It's got to be only with the help of the Devil's friends that he is allowed to stand before millions of people and behave the way he does. I mean, put two horns on this guy and who does he look like?
    I think old Lucifer has a huge army of followers out there and they are just like Bill Maher.
    Have you noticed when something tragic occurs how quick some people ask where God was. Well
I know where he was and is. He's in the same spot he has ever been. He sent us his message . He needs us folks who believe in him to help. We sent his messenger back to him two thousand years ago.
    We need to quit asking him and start helping him. Get it?
    The reward for us ,if we believe in him, is on the other side when we get there. It's not necessarily here on earth. In the meantime what happens here is what happens, or what we allow to happen, it's not done by him. (Volcanoes and earthquakes not included.) Just thought I'd toss that in.
    I learned to reason this way over the years with the loss of two sons along the way.
    My eldest son was murdered at the age of 30 in 1987. He was done in by the Hell's Angels in Cranbrook B.C. His name was Daniel Francis McNaughton. Because it was such a sudden thing, I had only a short time to dwell on it before moving on with my life here in the States.
    My 2nd oldest son passed away from a brain tumor on Feb. 10th, 2009. This time I had plenty of time to reason as to what roll God had to play in our lives. Then I remembered the Devil! Since then I haven't let him out of my mind. I'm not letting him off the hook.
    I will say this, I never lost my faith in God through all of that. I love him and know he's looking after things up there. We just need to do our part here.
    Just learn to recognize the work of the Devil and who does it for him. Just sayin'.

THE IMMIGRATION MESS - MEXICO

    I read in the paper this morning about the latest count of legal and illegal Mexicans in this country.
    50 MILLION!!! Now let me see here. That means that there are 20 million more than the entire population of Canada! That's right! A lot of Americans do not know that although considerably larger than the United States in size, Canada's population is only one tenth the population of the U.S. ------
Thirty million. Having lived in Canada , I can definitely see something wrong with this picture. Can't you?
    We have the current Regime thats been hand selected by Barack Obama and the Socialist left handling the affairs of our country pointing to the past actions of  the President Bush days as the root of our financial problem. They point to the things that were or weren't done in the past. They look at
everything but one of the most important ongoing problems they themselves have been supporting for a long time. Illegal immigration! In health care alone, they're driving this country to the brink.
    By no means do I want to demean or degrade the Mexican immigrants. You can only imagine how their lives were in Mexico. As a separate issue, their manner of rule, the lack of proper productive work and the constant fear of harm by the warring Drug Cartels makes their everyday existence difficult. Mexico harbors the most corrupt armies, police forces and paid off Politicians in the World today.
   If they are kept illiterate they can only believe what the selfserving Leaders want them to believe. The United States is their light at the end of the tunnel they're trapped in. They are literally running for their lives.
   We need to look at the real source of the problem. The reluctance of the man who is trying to lead this country into world Socialism, Barack Obama.
   The only way he can get the votes he needs to accomplish his personal task  is to import more people who don't have the American way of thinking. Guess who??
   They have no loyalties to the U.S. and their local "Community leaders" don't want them to have any either. We need to have a good strong look at those specific people. For their own reasons they are  instilling in the  minds of immigrants and 2nd generation children that they are here to take back what was thought to be theirs in the first place.
   They are actually inspiring them to refuse to say the pledge of allegiance. The reasons are short sighted and self serving. They hope to lead the Hispanics to suit their own means . They are a group of people well spoken in English and Spanish and enjoy the ability to lead the people who are literally handycapped in the American way of speaking. They encourage and lead them in organized protests and marches throughout the country on specific occasions such as May 1st. A Communist holiday commemorating the Socialist takeover of Russia by the communists. A coincidence? Maybe, but the lack of the American flag in these gatherings and the large display of Mexican flags indicates to me that they have no interest in paying allegiance to our United States.
   Lets not forget that Barack Obama's only real recognizable accomplishment before he got the taste of money in American politics was public speaking and  "Community Organizing". Sound familiar?
"Community Leaders" and "Community Organizers"? Could I be so dumb as to think there might be a conspiracy here? What's at stake to say there isn't and what's at stake to recognize there is ? With all these coincidences I'm going to play it safe and say there is.
   Why would we want any more anti-american groups in our Great United States that don't wish to be a part of our "American Dream" as it has been for more than 2 Centuries? Citizenships can be rescinded and I suggest we properly investigate to see if there is a connection between these people who would not defend this country as it stands for if their lives depended on it. Let's insist they honor the Pledge of Allegiance. This isn't Mexico and it's not going to be.
   The reason Barack Obama is ignoring the influx of Illegal Immigrants is for one purpose only, he wants to remain in office long enough to realize his Islamic dream, but before he does, he would have to be in a position such as the President of the United States long enough to do it. He won't get it done if he's a one term President.
   His purpose for allowing the flood of  Illegal immigrants is because his intention is to declare them
American citizens by way of Amnesty. They will then flood to the voting booths to vote for him.
   I think thats his only hope of gaining re-election in 2012.
   Why do you think he is travelling the world over right now? He is looking forward to gaining enough
votes on the World scene to someday become the President of the "New World Order"  and that's more important than re-election should he lose in 2012.
   I have worked for the past 5 years alongside Hispanics who came here to achieve the American dream. They certainly were'nt afraid of work and became my personal friends. They have good family values but lately I've seen them being influenced by there "Community Organizer" friends. I can feel it when I'm with them and their so-called "friends" come around. It's kind of sad to have it happen when you think you have achieved a friendship with them that you hope is a sign of the future.Just sayin'.
 
  

THERE OUGHTA BE A LAW.

    Let me clarify my position on private ownership in the United States. I believe in it in most cases.
    Private companies are far more effective economically. In no way can a Gov't owned business thrive and survive in competition with private investment.
    However, I also believe that no privately owned company, Gov't subsidized or otherwise, should be allowed a monopoly on a business that is essential to the well being of a normal, wage earning citizen of  the United States, Senior Citizens and disabled unfortunates included.
    I will use P.S.E. for an example.
    They control use of electricity plus other crucial utilities to millions of people in the Puget Sound area.
    To those recipients, there is no other choice but to accept those services. Services that can mean exreme hardship or even death due to weather conditions if denied.
    The charges for these services can be, and in most cases are, whatever the traffic can bear. Of course this goes without saying with products that are non-essential. However with products that are
non-essential, there is competition in the marketplace to go to that may have the same or similar product that is less expensive.
    That's what happens in a free market society, as it should be. But we can't do that in the case of P.S.E. There's too much "like it or lump it" attitude with them.
    When they shut the power off without speaking to the owner prior to doing it, that's downright wrong somehow. They do come to the door ,yes, but if you aren't home at that particular time, they shut it off anyway, leaving the animals inside to suffer and the place to freeze up.
    In adverse weather they should not be allowed by law to do it. Whatever happens economically in their guaranteed business, they need to be taking their chances like any other independent, private business. After all, they are private stockholders as far as I know.
    Bringing this whole problem to light poses many questions and difficult answers, no doubt, but they don't have to kick a man when he's down like they so often do.
    Besides the lucrative entertaining world of  lobbyists, what are we paying our politicians for?
    I don't know any definite answers to this of course, but a few bucks under the table and I might.
    Get it yet?  Just sayin'.

CREATION OF THE AMERICAN PRODUCTIVE DOLLAR

    There are two different ways to look at the earning of a dollar. The 1st  way is simple. Your neighbor has the  money. You don't. The neighbor asks you to perform a task, like cutting the lawn or building a deck. You do the work to his satisfaction and he pays you dollars. You now have $20.00 and the neighbor isn't out anything because he is satisfied he has a nice looking lawn. If you built him a deck, you have $ 400.00 and the neighbor has a $400.00 deck. The neighbor hasn't lost a thing because he has the value of what he spent to show for it. You now have $420
    It works the same way in private industry. You produce a product, any product, you have created  something of  value that the company can pay you for and you get your money. Great isn't it? Nobody
loses,. Everybody gains. The company goes on to sell the goods you made for a profit and then pays you the next week for your goods produced once again. They pay their dues to the Gov't and so do you in the form of  taxes. So now we have a third party involved with the transactions who has produced nothing but has some of your productive dollars to conduct Gov't affairs,
  So far it works out okay since you're still working and because  the private Union you belong to has
negotiated a better income on your behalf, the company you work for increases the cost to the buyer.
   The economy stays good and the Gov't takes care of our business without any waste involved.
   But only if the workers are producing a product for every dollar they make.
   The perfect storm in financing has occurred here in the U.S. because the workers producing the goods are in China for example and not here. So the Corp's are making a windfall of profits while the workers are idle here. Nothing to produce, no money coming in.
    But our bloated Gov't must go on, and with all this unemployment, they need more money and on it goes.
    They simply print out more money or borrow it to get it done. This deflates the value of the U.S. dollar because there was not enough production here to support it. The value of the dollar deflates to the rest of the world currency and goods produced in China cost more as a result of it's reduction in world value. Get it yet?
    When the Gov't spends money to look after our affairs as we elected them to do, they usually cannot produce a profit. They are not producing anything that can be resold to retrieve the losses. Its money the private companies and their workers have already produced! We can only at best, chalk it up to the cost of doing business in a free market world. It's an expense, not a product. Yet with China enjoying the prosperity and because we enjoy the position of once having been the the most productive country in the world, (China is now) we are expected to be the first ones there in a disaster.
    I would like to suggest an easier answer to that particular problem. The companies that are based in one country and have their goods produced in another,  should be required by the famous "New world Order"
to pay a special tax to a central monetary fund that in case of disaster, they pay the expenses of  bailing that country out of it's financial mess instead of asking the unemployed workers of this country to do it.
    Don't you think that would be a better plan? Just sayin'.

                   A deed can make a happy man
                   but also make him sad
                   It's something done since time began
                   And can be good or bad
                   We need to know how it will sit
                   And if it will fit in
                   If no one hurts because of it
                   I guess it's not a sin
                   A nasty deed can hurt a guy
                   Sometimes it's meant that way
                   Some will laugh while others cry
                   It may have ruined their day
                   I ask myself how many times
                   When doing folks a deed
                   If by mistake it wasn't kind
                   and caused a heart to bleed.
                   And if I did, should I repent
                   By talking through a sigh

                   Or did I simply lie.
                   It's something to consider friend
                   'Cause in my life I've found
                   From doing deeds that may offend,
                   What goes around comes round.
                   We needn't be a Saint as such

                   when all your deeds are good

 Who listens to the griping
 and cares when we get ill?
 It's the real true friends we have,
 and sympathize they will.

They lend an ear to idle talk and never talk us down
They stand beside us all the way
 and always stick around.

 A vigil kept by only them
 Its like they know whats wrong
 and stay beside your bed at night
 to try to keep you strong.

 I tip my hat to these dear Pals
 Who lay there like like a log
 You guessed it, yup, you bet you did,
 The good old family dog.

TEACHERS: LET'S GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

    I recently did some work for a couple of days in Mt. Vernon for the Shool District to help a friend catch up on some work to the various buildings and their classrooms. While doing this, I realized I hadn't been in a classroom for at least 4 decades!
    The classrooms that impressed me the most were the elementary ones and each had their own grade levels. I couldn't help but take notice of the way the teachers had arranged them to prepare the students for subjects they were teaching or about to teach.
     It has been some time since being in one but the familiarity of  my own learning days came glaringly to mind. I don't think even back in those days I was conscious of the behind the scenes work they had to accomplish before   the next learning day, nor was I really aware of the physical and mental stress they endured to get it done. As a student I didn't care. I didn't take into consideration the emotions they suffered , the long hours they worked or the amount of  comfort  and caring they had to keep in reserve
for an unfortunate or misguided child. (When I say "child" I mean any student up to senior class.)
     I recognize now that not just any bright, educated person can become a teacher just because the money may be attractive in that profession. The need to love children basically has to be there, the ability to communicate to them and the desire to help others is essential. Most teachers, I'm sure, know that already.
     Another thought that came to me was the way I behaved with some of the teachers when I was a student myself. If only I could go back in time to see them again and apologize for my behavior, I would.,
     In my blogs I am critical of the  behavior of the powerful unions, including the Teacher's union because of the leaders political behaviors. Believe me, in no way do I criticize the members in this particular subject.
     I firmly believe the the teachers are more than deseving of their time they are allotted in the summer months. Thank you for your dedication!Just

WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANY CHRISTIANS STAND WITH OBAMA.

     In a previous blog I mentioned the presence of the devil . I did this because I heard a religious "expert" remark that there was no hell. Well, I'm no religious expert either and I'm not going to act like I am the way he does,.But I  feel the way things are headed in the world right now, we may very well be creating one right here on Mother Earth. After all, who's managing the store right now in the U.S.? It's not Obama!
     The guy is never here! He is doing exactly what he wants to do, and with what he has in mind, It's not the welfare of this country.
     He is seeking to gain the support of the rest of the modern world in the taking down of this country as the most powerful Nation in the world. Just as his infamous father wished as a Muslim.
      I look on him as a master of disguise equipped with the ability to act like someone he certainly is not.  Can anyone tell me what his real intentions are today as compared to what they were when he was parading as a christian? Was he born with a Muslim name? Yes, he was, and most certainly he was born a Muslim. Not only born one, but raised one.
    Being born a muslim means that it isn't a sin to lie or deceive if it will further the good of Islam. Killing in the name of Muhammid is also allowed. He is the man with the Golden voice and the gift to communicate. He is totally self serving, walks alone and devoid of compassion. With a smile that even fools babies, as he does. He has regimented himself only to show compassion when he needs to.
    He's very careful, skillful and manipulating in a way that doesn't directly come from his own mouth but out of the mouths of his appointed people.
    His behavior is very similar to Vladimir Putin's. I believe both of them operate with total dedication to their causes. Take notice of how friendly they are with each other, and how much they've met. Whenever there's a meeting of the European Union, Obama's there instead of being here at home looking after business instead. I believe he's being advised by Putin in leading The U.S. out of our beloved Democratic Republic.
He claims to have converted to Christianity but seldom plays the roll. The reason? He cannot succeed in his quest to control the country without the liberal/socialist thinking Christians. So in the name of Muhammed, he will lie cheat and even condone killing if it fits his wishes. Who else but him could convince good Christians who normally have common sense to step away from their true beliefs and follow him like sheep.
     I'll repeat what I said in my previous blog that once in the Islamic faith, he CANNOT abandon the Muslim faith for Christianity. The penalty is death. This man is a Sociopath  who is devoid of guilt. He is the perfect man to advance the Muslim faith according to Sheriah law. He wouldn't dare openly abandon the Muslim faith for Christianity for fear of death. Check it out!!
     Why on earth do Christians ignore some of their religious beliefs to support this guy? He doesn't have any respect for our Constitution and Bill of rights. I'm surprised the Christians who support him don't as well, and are following his lead, regardless of the fact our laws are written under Judeo/Christian beliefs!
     He is very tactfully, financially supporting whomever might vote for him regardless of their cause. Every day he supports anybody who will speak against the American way. He inspires unrest all over the world by supporting the rioters including in this country. Just watch him and see for yourself.   Just sayin'.

I LOST MY GREAT LITTLE FRIEND MAR, 7th. R.I.P. LITTLE DUFFER, MITZI!!!

     Our little female poodle was born on January 15th,1998.
She was the runt of a litter of six and approximately half the size of the rest of them. She was coal black but we were assured by the breeder  that she would eventually turn silver.   
      As tiny as she was we didn't worry about her survival chances because of the way she stood her ground when the others tried to crowd her out for a teet. We named her Mitzi.
     At the age of six weeks, she could more than hold her own. In fact she was really an alpha female as we later found out. She could stand in the palm of my hand ,but amazingly enough she could
 jump from the floor  up onto the couch or chair with room to spare.
     Before  I go too far with her story, I must point out that we already had a 6 year old Yorkshire
SilkyTerrier named, appropriately, "Corky the Yorky". Now Corky was a very loveable little fella too and was very apprehensive about her coming into "our" life. So he was very guarded about what he  felt to be his.
    His little bed was off limits and so was his ball and bone along with his dish. He soon got used to her though, and it wasn't long before they knew whose toy was whose. My lap was his and my wife Marilyn's was her's. Corky came into our life about 1 year before Mitzi from a family who had found him in terrible condition as the result of a puupy mill  and nursed him back to health. He instantly took to me and loved to ride with me wherever I went in my truck.
    Unfortunately he was stolen out of my truck one day while I went into Jack in the Box in Mt. Vernon. So Marilyn, Mitzi and I had to accept that and go on without her, sadly enough.
   Mitzi soon took over as protector of our house and we grew even closer to her. Our daughter Pam also acquired a chocolate Labrador puppy a year younger than Mitzi and we babysat her whenever
we could get her.. Pam named her Lulu.and the name suited her so very well. She loves everyone without exception and so does everyone love her. She was Mitzi's only canine friend through the later years.
   As those years went by we became even closer to Mitzi and Marilyn would lightheartedly scold me for mauling her too much. We grew to know exactly what she wanted, when and why.
   She passed away suddenly on March 9th at 10;45 P.M. on Marilyn's lap and it was like losing our child. I buried her the following day in a nice sheltered spot in our back yard.  At least that way she'll be with us as long as we're here and we don't plan on going anywhere. We miss her dearly!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

I've always been mystified by the manner in which donations from the union officers are handled. I know they all have their slogans to encourage the members to stick together such as "Together we stand" and "Divided we fall".
      Its a good slogan and I agree with it. Groups and Unions should all have those sayings to maintain strength.
      The Socialist Democrats have a slogan that's commonly used for their foes and that is, "Divide and conquer"
       Those are slogans used by many of the successful armies over the centuries and when used in the proper perspective have proven successful over and over again. But in my estimation they shouldn't be used to the pleasure of leaders of those groups alone when the money they are using to back their choice of political candidates is mostly or sometimes all placed in the hands of one particular candidate. Since the the laws of the land in this country allow for "One man, one vote," it only makes sense the money should be donated according to the will of members by a secret voting process to determine what % of the donation  would go to which candidate. So be it if 80% goes to one candidate as long as the other 20% goes where 20% of the members want it to go. Group or union leaders should not determine which way a person in this great, free country will vote! It may well be illegal and if it isn't it should be.
      I belong to a very diverse group of people whom I have coffee with every day and they're from all walks of life. We all speak our beliefs and voice our opinions but by no means would we take up a collection to back any one candidate in an election.
     We remember our basic freedom to speak freely and we certainly would respect each other in the way we would donate our money. It seems to be an unspoken rule of thumb. Don't get me wrong, we do Bedisagree on things but at the end of it all no one is angry at the other. It works for us.
      B.S.'ers we are, but liars we're not.

FORGIVENESS AND CONSEQUENCES

    All my life there seems to be a confliction between forgiveness, and paying the price for what I or someone else has regrettably done. There's a very common belief that God forgives everybody. A blanket forgiveness you might say.
     Now I dont think anyone disagrees that if he exists, (Which I firmly believes he does) he is beyond our little world in a different dimension. To be met with in a world beyond ours and after death.
     I say "mostly" because I do believe in miracles and although unexplained, they do happen. As a result of  my belief in God , I also believe he has Angels out here on earth to watch over our behavior. I don't question his reasons nor do I understand some of them. I do know it happens for the good of all humanity.
     With that said, his basic rules for guiding us through life are in the Ten Commandments. Whether or not you believe that God exists, you have to admit it is a good set of rules to go by if we want a decent civil life ahead of us.
     It's when we forget the Devil exists that we follow temptation and a violation of the basic rules is committed that we get in trouble. Now the the question comes, what do we do about it? After all, God wants us to forgive, right? Right. But should there be consequences ? Of course! The penance must also be administered or they won't quit doing it. Whether or not we believe in God , there needs to be punishment here on earth of some sort before they meet their maker. God will do what he thinks is right in the end.
    In other words, He has to depend on us to keep this wagon rolling straight and on the beaten path. He will handle things after that.
     In the meantime we have our job dealing with the devil, and the way politics can be so dishonest these days, he could be sitting right next to you and, if they have no belief in God, will lie to you and/or cheat with no fear of consequence. They can be with you in church and singing the same song if they think you will see things their way. If it's a non-believing politician, he's only after your money and your vote.
     Beware of that wolf in sheep's clothing. With no belief in God, there's no fear of moral consequence. With no fear of consequence, they are morally opening the door to do whatever suits their desires.
     I had a friend with a son that was misbehaving and in his late teens, He gave him some good advice. He showed him the door and said; "Get out and don't come back until you're a priest"!!
      I'm sure God wants us to forgive. But forgetting can be a little more difficult and you'd be a fool to discard the memory.
     Remembering is a preventative tool, giving you the ability to not let it happen again.
      Only a fool who has been hurt by someone he or she has loved unconditionally, would forget and allow themselves to be offended again.
      How many times have you had someone do, or say things to you that you, for the want to remain friends, would never say or do to them?
      For the sake of God, forgiving is easy, but forgetting is not. Just sayin'.

 I once worked for a large company that believed in continually upgrading their permanent staff  by means of seminars that dealt with information pertinent to the work we were doing. In this case the company had just opened what was at the time, the largest open-pit coal mine in North America. The time was 1970.
    All of the labor force was newly hired and came from all over Canada and all walks of life.  The company consisted of  1500 employees in the open pit . There was also an existing underground
mine with employees that were from the local area, and being seasoned, underground coal miners didn't really need the safety and operational training that was required for the open pit. They  already had a 1st class training program in place and had won many previous awards for safety. (500 men).
It was a different story for the 1500 newcomers, believe me.
    I was a part of a group of supervisors designated to train the workforce aside from our regular duties.As a result we attended many seminars in order to do so. In one of those courses we did a short time on the Line of least resistance concerning the attitudes of  people in general. I personally found it to be quite interesting. The point being that in the direction of life you wish to pursue, the Line of Least Resistance is virtually never the way to go. There are no shortcuts to success and every time you attempt to take one you'll find yourself back at the starting line. Whatever my failures have been in the past are directly contributed to me ignoring the theory somewhere along the way.
   I believe a course in making people aware of the Line of Least Resistance should be taught at an early age to everyone, especially now. No one would follow it to the letter but they would be reminded of it by others or at least recall it when they are about to screw up.
   At times in business, a crucial decision after being reminded of the theory, could mean the difference between the success or failure of the business further on.
   Talking with a friend at Starbucks this morning made me realize it starts with our habits of thinking ahead of what you're doing, and what the results will be down the road.
   Training our minds to explore and project ahead in whatever we say or do, will make life easier later as a result of it.
    We too often do not take the time in this fast and speeding up world to rationalize the next move.
    A Bandaid on a garden hose does not work for long. Ask me!     Just sayin'.

STATE VERSUS ATTORNEY GENERAL (CONT'D)

(A cont'd subject on the A.G.'s Office written in Mar. 2011)

Currently, there's a dispute between the Wa. St. Att. Gen. &  the Gov. of the State. Rob Mc Kenna vs. Christine Gregoire. The Governor, who is well known now to be solidly behind Obama's Marxist take-over of the Capitalist system, is angry with the Attorney General's suit along with some 20 other states to repel the Obama Healthcare system which requires every citizen to acquire private health care coverage. McKenna is joining in doing this because it's clearly a violation of private citizen's civil rights according to our U.S. Constitution.
     The Obama Healthcare system is a 2700 page document that was not even read by the "Progressive/Socialist" legislators before they so quickly moved to put it into law behind closed doors. Remember that? The rest of the legislators weren't even allowed to read it, nor were they allowed to participate in the vote!! That system was put in place to be acted upon in 2013.This of  course, after Obama runs in 2012 and possibly gets re-elected.
      Pray to your Christian/Jewish God he does not.
       Although he claims to be converted to Christianity, he is not. He has been a Muslim all his life and will never change. Why? Because when a person gets confirmed a Muslim, they are not allowed to abandon it for any other Religion     
     Only through death can it happen. Hence the reason for the Muslim father living here in America, who ran over and killed his teen-age daughter with his son in the car to stop her from converting to Christianity. The Muslims praised him for that. His own son praises him as well. 
     Only under a Muslim minded President, could he get away with that here in the United States Of America!
     He fears for him and his family's life if he does. (I personally don't think he has the guts anyway.)
      Marxism, mixed in with Islam, is his only way out if he remains the President of this Country. Until that happens he's walking on eggs in order to not upset the Muslims.
      He's way over his head.
      We would be foolish to vote for him again. Now back to Gregoire and McKenna.
      The Governor assumed that because she was elected to that position, she naturally had jurisdiction over the Attorney General's office . Maybe in her perfect Socialist world she would, but the problem is She's really not there yet. Until that happens, Rob McKenna supposedly should serve under the pleasure of the people who elected him to office. How the previous State Legislators allowed that sort of thing to happen I'll never know. Due to the need for an elected Attorney General to be free to act on his own without political influence, It will be interesting to see if he sticks to his guns. Just sayin'.

THE STATE IN COLLUSION WITH THE ELECTED ATTORNEY GENERAL. CONFLICT OF INTEREST??

Has anything changed?
I recently called the Attorney  General's office to make an inquiry as to how the process worked for bank garnishees on private individual's bank accounts.
     I was told by an Ass't Att. Gen., Linda Evans,  that she could not answer the question because the Attorney Generals job was to service the affairs of the State Agencies on legal matters.
     I questioned this with the query that since the Office leader is required to be voted in by  every voter in the state, that his or her job should be to see to it that ALL the laws of the state be followed. I brought this to her attention because I was told by another Ass't Attorney General two years ago that part of the office was to act as prosecutor for the various departments of the state such as fine violations against a contactor.
     I consider this a conflict of interest because it restricts his job to represent us all. For a contractor who has been unfairly treated he is told they can't comment on the case because they serve as the prosecutor for the State agencies.
     If appointed, I would agree. But voted in by the People should mean they should watch for any sign of nonsense created by the State Agencies, don't you think?
     This handcuffs the office from investigating the case and as a result forces the contractor to hire a lawyer at his or her additional expense to fight the charge that could very well be unjustly filed.
     Also, to contest the case the contractor is required by the Att. General's office to post a $200.00 bond and even if he wins the case, they aren't forced to return the bond money.
     There is definitely something wrong with the picture, wouldn't you say?
     I mean, didn't we hire an Attorney when we elected one to that office?
      If this behavior is a requirement by the Governor or the State then it definitely takes away the independence and the ability of  the Attorney General's office to represent us all. I believe the state should supply their own lawyers. It would probably enable our Att. General to properly represent the whole state of voters as it should be.  As it is, they will not even listen to your complaint before they tell you to hire a lawyer.
     The reason for the call to the A.G.'s office this time was because an acquaintance had a debt collector from Spokane process a garnishee authorized by a Supreme Court judge, Susan Cook, and signed by Clerk of the Court Nancy C. Scott, to seize the account of the friend  at a Mt. Vernon bank, wiping out both of his accounts. Absolutely no legal process was observed before the action took place to collect the debt by civil court first .
      What happened in fact was this; They garnisheed that person's account which only consisted of his Social Security deposits that, according to law, could not be garnisheed! They left him with nothing!
      The debt collector doesn't believe in answering his phone in Spokane when he is called. He only responds by saying, "Please leave a message." 
       The paper states $9800.00 debt, $14,000.00 int. @ 29%  for 5 years. LOL.  
       Doesn't that conflict with the law in the St. of Wa. that restricts interest rates to no more than 12
% per Annum?   Just sayin'.
